Preparing to sell a business may not be as straightforward as it seems. Interesting article. After three years of steady business, my small business might have to be shut down or sold because of the economy. I'd rather sell the business instead of closing completely, even if the new owner changes it. I've been looking for places on-line which I could post my business, but I haven't had much luck. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
